"I love PRN transportation one of the best transportation platforms I've been within years people so generous so kind it's like your family to them no matter when you call could be 1 year 2 years 3 years 4 years they will always treat you like one of the family and the main boss manager is Terri medina is one of the kindest most generous people you would ever meet the reason that I say this is because on her own Miss Medina has tried to make PRN transport not only in Medical Transportation Hub but also the kind of Transportation platform they can take people anywhere they want to go whether it be the grocery store or just to have a simple fun day at the park and I believe it will happen because good things happen to good people and Mrs Terri medina is one of the best because just for talking to her you can tell she's a real genuine person with an empathetic soul and you can tell she cares about what she does and what could I possibly say about the drivers nothing except that they treat you like a real person not like some invalid in a power wheelchair but they treat you like a real person should be treated because they can see past the mobility device and see the actual person inside that you are that's why these people to me are the very best because there's no pretension or you know definition or label for us the disabled as a society with these people they treat all people with respect and great customer service that people deserve"
"used for the first time today to take my daughter to an appt. my driver was awesome! so friendly and helpful, she made us feel very comfortable. she arrived on time, and pick up was a breeze. would definitely use this service again."

"I have had bad experiences with this service. Never again if they take my case for my next appointments. The two time that the drivers that were assigned to me got either late for 30 mins or never show up. One of the drivers arrived here at my house 9.30Am and my appointment was at 9am!!! The other appointment with my risk pregnancy specialist appointment almost got cancelled also because of this issue. It’s not ACCEPTABLE!!! I would give a 0 star if I could!"
