"I've been teaching Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Gung classes here for nine years. The Park District staff is outstanding, especially Alice Krampits, Maureen, Kim and the others. Everyone in the classes are a very positive community and have fun and laugh often. August 1st, 2022 start of new class of students practicing the Twelve Therapeutic Methods Chi Gung Set, the MaWang Dui Dao Yin Set and the Twenty-Four Therapeutic Methods Chi Gung Set. Too hot to practice outside so we have been indoors in an AC dance studio. Going to be starting the Yang Sheng Gong Dao Yin Set in a couple of weeks. Come visit if your interested."
