"Let me start off with I think Dr. Morales is wonder woman herself she has her own practice she owns her own yoga studio she DJs for fun she a wonderful mom of 2 great kids and she also serves our country as a Army doctor thank you Dr. Morales for everything you do. I absolutely love being a patient I have nothing but love and respect for all the women that work in her office I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for an obgyn that cares from check in to check out all the ladies are amazing thank you Nadia for your service in the Air Force and for making my first visit easy and comfortable. I would also like to thank the office manager Roxanne for being so kind and helpful and helping me with all my questions. I love all the girls and I can't wait to see yall soon"

"When looking for a doctors office it starts with the staff who answers the phone to schedule your appointments and check you in. I called Willow OBGYN to schedule my annual exam and was seen same week. When I arrived they were punctual on time saw me right away didn’t make me wait 30 min after my scheduled appointment time like most offices do. I was in and out of my appointment in about 40 min give or take. Staff is friendly, welcoming, caring and up beat. The office is beautiful and modern. They have windows all over the office and a coffee station. Nice relaxing time away from work and the kids, not hectic. I love the environment. Other doctor office have me leaving tired from waiting or frustrated/annoyed from the lack of staff. Dr. Morales delivered my baby in 2022 and that experience was exceptional she goes above and beyond in care. I live far from the office but it is worth the drive."

"My experience here was just good. I stayed for Dr. Morales because she was amazing and seemed like she cared. I wasn’t a fan of the NP Jade, she would take forever to come and not make helpful suggestions to combat pregnancy problems I was having. After waiting forever she would just say “it’s because you’re pregnant.” So, I switched to NP Nadia and she was a bit better. No matter who I waited for, the wait time was over an hour. That was pretty frustrating especially when you’re pregnant. I also would have to remind THEM to schedule me for an ultrasound. The staff was nice but they were not good at calling patients."

"Dr.Morales is the best OBGYN I have ever had; I am seeing her since Oct 2020 and I have never had a bad experience with her. She is so calm, patient and detailed while talking. I had my first pregnancy under her care and she took wonderful care of me. I have my baby because of her. Her bedside manner is great and she is a very great doctor who not only solves your problem but also explains the reasons behind it in detail. I would totally recommend her!"

"I chose this Doctor because of the reviews about her, I took my daughter because her PCOS is causing many unhealthy changes, I needed urgent help because of the concern that my daughter was approaching diabetes... but I never had the chance. opportunity to meet and see the Doctor, we only saw NP that nothing did not do, literally nothing... with a rude smile she said just keep doing what you are doing... no Lab, she doesn't ask why the weight gain or the severe acne or constant dizziness... completely disagree. I called several times after to have an appt with the Dr. But never they call back."
