"Great Doctor, fabulous office staff I had the pleasure of experiencing life changing moment with Dr. Lovell. Me and family thank God for him I had 2 beautiful babies. Dr. Lovell took care of me during both pregnancies, I had natural delivery with both. I was a high risk pregnancy during both instances."

"I do NOT recommend this doctor for your gynecology care. I went to Dr Lovell for an annual pap smear last year, but it turned out to be a nightmare. He had me do a bunch of unnecessary tests for a simple fibroid in the uterus. First was an extra ultrasound, then a biopsy which he said he was not confident with his operation; and immediately after biopsy procedure without knowing the result, he asked me to do MRI and even mentioned about hysterectomy, plus his description of the mass as well as the location is unclear. His nurse joked that he suggests every woman should eventually have hysterectomy done. He never asked me what I think about hysterectomy. I ended up finding a different doctor for 2nd opinion, and doing the MRI just to find out it was all a big waste of money!! The truth was there was a tiny benign fibroid at a location totally different from what Dr Lovell described. What made me even more upset and disappointed is: after I called Dr Lovell’s office to question why his biopsy was not enough and why I needed an MRI, he never called me back to explain, and he never even signed the biopsy lab result which showed his unprofessional practice and lack of confidence. Well I am sure he’s happy enough because I paid every single fee he has charged me. Also, my new OB GYN doctor contacted their office for release of my medical info with my consent, but they never send them to my current doctor. How unprofessional is that! I concluded that this doctor is all about doing procedures for money, not caring and very unprofessional."

"I read a review that he is racist prior to having my first visit. I was sceptical but i decided to go with him anyway. Due to insurance issues I had to go with who I could get at the time. This is my 4th child and this is the worst experience I’ve had. I have to sit and wait for hours before I am seen. He is dismissive and I never really felt like he cared or LISTENED to me. He doesn’t explain things either. I’ve never had a Dr just schedule me for a c-section without asking me what date I prefer. I had to find out from the nurse as to the reasoning that date was picked. I tried to keep and open mind but if I could have switched Dr earlier I would have. I’m tempted to induce my own labor with natural herbs just so I can go into labor with another Physician but i guess it better sometimes to go with the devil you know. Thank goodness it will be over soon"

"Dr. Lovell is amazing. He is professional, kind, empathetic, and determine to give you the best care he possibly can. His staff is also kind and like a small family. I can honestly say I love going to my OBGYN, I never leave with any questions because he takes his time to explain everything and makes sure all questions have been answered."
