"1st time there. Staff I encountered are customer friendly. They explained everything."
"RADIOLOGY DEPT IS IN NEED OF PROFESSIONALS WHO WILL RETURN A CALL BACK AND DONT BLOW THE PATIENT OFF!!! ITS DISGUSTING!! I understand that it can get busy but at least call the patient back when the referral has been approved!!! now a request for an extension has to be done and that is a lengthy process. This is just PLAIN unprofessionalism here and no consideration for the patient. IF YOU GUYS NEED MORE HELP HIRE MORE HELP, GET RIDE OF THE LAZY LIARS AND DON'T GIVE THE PATIENT THE COLD SHOULDER!!!!!!!"
"I showed up to a radiology appointment here that was scheduled by my doctor and confirmed through MyChart. Somehow after checking in, they informed me that there is actually no diagnostic order and made me wait an hour to resolve the issue but failed and essentially wasted my time without admitting me. Abysmal scheduling and coordination by UH radiology"
"Connie, the nurse who gets to decide if you get the medical care that you need reguardless of your doctors ordered tests, is an insinsitive, rude nurse. I am being tested for cancer and although she read my test results attached to my referral she denied my appointment. When someone is going through a hard time like this and is treated poorly by staff who committed to serve others, it’s very disappointing and infuriating. This is the type of medical care you will receive at this facility."
"Horrible how do you expect people who actually have trucks to park in that dinky parking garage? No outside parking for your patients? Horrible hospital parking, may need to switch my sons Nephrologist due to the parking issue.Pretty depressing since Dr. Ranch is great. Maybe the hospital should use some of their fund for outside parking."
