"In the spirit of professionalism I will simply say if you have private insurance do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. That being said, the nursing staff at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa was amazing. But we certainly felt like a number at Westover Hills Women’s Health."

"I went in got a positive pregnancy test but the ultrasound only showed a sack which made sense because it was so early was advised it was a 50/50 chance it would go on to be a viable pregnancy. First visit was great with Dianna she was very nice and answered any questions.Thwn had bleeding over weekend went in and saw Dr.Ferrara got an u/s then he walked in and said “you were her for pregnancy right? Well now you’re uterus is completely empty come back in a week and f/u on you hcg level.” Then left smiling no compassion, empathy or even time for questions I had. He should not be working at a women’s clinic. That’s that I wasn’t trying imagine how much worse that would have felt for a woman actively attempting to conceive. Do not see him. All the bad reviews are true. Clinic is fine just not him."

"I absolutely love my OBGYN Dr. Al-Hakeem he is amazing. Very personable and comforting. He listens to what you want and try's his best to go that route as far as labor is concerned. This is my second pregnancy in the last 13 years and he has been my doctor for both. Wouldn’t go with anyone else. I highly recommend."

"Got a bill saying I owed $500 for a short consultation for nexplanon. I had to call my insurance and the billing office which eventually they covered it, but that should have never happened in the first place. Front desk ladies were super nice, but Dr. Farra seemed in a rush, tried to push another birth control on me, and overall I just didn’t enjoy my experience there besides the awesome front staff."
