"TLDR: Would totally recommend! Tracy Elliott delivered both my babies and was excellent. She listened to my concerns and offered advice, reassurance and guidance. My first birth was a little more exciting than I would've liked but Dr Elliott came in calm and commanded the room to handle the situation safely and efficiently and advocated on my behalf with the anesthesiologist who had been less than excellent. Postpartum she and her staff were attentive and caring. I felt confident in staying under her care for annuals and routine women's issues and of course my second birth. Which was again excellent care. She's no nonsense, she'll answer questions, will explain procedures and will reassure you if you have concerns, she can absolutely command emergency and I continue to trust her and her team with my care for the last 6+ years. The office has been easy to deal with and I haven't often waited longer than 10/15mins beyond my appointment time to be seen. Only once I waited for about 30 mins and office staff told me that she was in delivery and would be delayed. They offered me the option to wait, see an alternative provider or reschedule. They were very communicative and accommodating. And the nursing/PA team is also great at returning calls and providing care options."
