"I absolutely loved my initial visit - and the scheduling process for my first appointment was seamless. The staff from beginning to end was phenomenal. The front desk staff, nurses, check -out process and of course Dr. Cline were all awesome! Dr. Cline was fabulous, and I can’t wait to meet the rest of the doctors on rotation. Excited to be going to such a great facility."

"I would not recommend this practice. First of all, the third party anesthesiologist they use for in office procedure is a crook. You can search Dr Lisa Holley, she has had several lawsuits for bad billing practices. During a very emotional and vulnerable procedure she had no empathy and was more concerned with collecting payment rather than caring for a patient. When I explained to her how nervous and how I was having the worst day of my life, she responded with you’ll have worse. I plan on filing a complaint with the medical board against her. This entire experience was emotional and I wasn’t going to return to this practice, however I decided to continue care here due to the empathy of my primary dr, who unfortunately wasn’t available during this situation. They have a very stupid and FIRM rule of forcing you to rotate doctors. I felt trust with my primary and didn’t want to rotate and they don’t care. I felt uncomfortable seeing new doctors especially the one who cared for me during my procedure, it brought me back trauma, I tried explaining this to Bailey and she responded with “if you don’t like our rules you can find a new provider.” The new doctors they are hiring are new doctors fresh out of residency, and I felt uncomfortable seeing some of their other doctors as well, luckily I found a good solution and terminated my care here. Other than the medical assistants and Kris, most were extremely rude. Please take this into account when searching for a doctor to care for you during the most important stage of your life."

"I had a pleasant experience. It was my first time and they were patient as I had to call my insurance to confirm visit. Dr. Phan was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable."

"Not impressed. If you value your time, professionalism, and a personal experience with ONE doctor, go else where. Oh also, heaven forbid you need to reschedule an appointment on the same day and you call at 6am to allow plenty of time before your appointment to do so and they can easily get rebook, get your credit card out, because you will be billed. It’s also lovely when your OB doesn’t show up in time at the end of labor and you get told not to push because you have to wait for the doctor."
