The WIDE School, located at 2777 Dulles Avenue in Missouri City, Texas, is a private institution that provides education and care for children from infancy through high school. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, The WIDE School has been serving the Fort Bend area communities since 2001. As the only Big Picture Learning School in Texas and a Learner Centered Collaborative certified school, WIDE offers a unique and innovative educational experience.

With a project-based approach to learning, The WIDE School serves approximately 230 children from infants to eighth grade, incorporating the arts into their studies to enhance the learning experience. The WIDE School recently celebrated the opening of its new location in Missouri City, with Mayor Allen Owen joining owners Marjon Aucoin and Maryam Lumpkin for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The school's commitment to providing a well-rounded education was highlighted during a visit by Travis, where students of all ages learned valuable safety tips for dealing with natural disasters like hurricanes, flash floods, and tornadoes.
