"At first things were great- but they ended up charging me DOUBLE, and the kid at the front desk is useless. I'll never come here again. What a waste of time trying to solve this issue, and there's still no resolution!! I have to wait four days to try and get help. Absolutely ridiculous customer service."
"We had the times of our lives there. Great party host, big party rooms, great party package to accommodate such a big crowd (I had about 60 people). And the pizza was nice and hot. I definitely recommend this place."
"For the most part, this place is great. Kids love it. Cost me $25 to let two kids jump for an hour. They will automatically try and sell you two hours. Just tell them one... and you can use socks from any jumping establishment."
"Had a small get together here for my sons birthday. Staff super friendly- manager was everywhere- cleaning assisting and a total MVP. Diamond helped us through the initial check in process- have your waivers filled out for everyone in your party (adults included) before hand or at the kiosk before actually going to pay to jump. A lot of action in general- I recommend watching safety videos before hand. My son did have a cut and the staff was very helpful and friendly during such a crazy time for them- overall great experience and we will be going back. The area that you are able to store your things in is really congested and not as organized as I would like."
