"This doctor’s “office” is one run-down hole-in-the-wall. Dr Marie is rough and does not talk to you or even try to slow down and really understand your concerns. The office will take their sweet time sending out your prescription & Lord forbid you’re waiting on some test results (which for whatever reason take TWO WEEKS), even if they have them, they’ll tell you to wait for the nurse to call you which could take another 2 weeks! Just do yourself a favor if you value your time & professionalism as much as I do, and find a different OBGYN."

"I’ve been a patient of Dr.Ayanru for 15 years. We’ve had a lot of great visits and even when she delivered my son she made my experience effortless. She has a wonderful personality and humor. However I cannot say the same about her current staff. I was there two hours before I was told she wasn’t there (I had to ask) and that she had a delivery and had to leave. That’s fine I understand she’s a doctor and on call 24/7. My issue is first her husband. He never asked me did I want to reschedule or maybe go grab lunch and come back. They expected me to just wait who knows how long to see her. He also has no managerial etiquette. The nurses are extremely rude. I asked for toilet paper because I had to use it really bad and she had no urgency in getting it for me and caught a attitude. That was my last straw. Common courtesy goes a long way when running a business!!!"

"Dirty office and exam rooms, no medical history questions asked. Billed my insurance company but labs 1) performed labs i specifically said I did not want 2) I asked the lab tech to send my labs to a specific diagnostic company and she said no problem that's who they usually use anyway and they sent them somewhere else 3) lab has me listed as self pay so my insurance was not billed. I have called the doc office 3 days in a row at different times a day and keep getting the answering service"
