"Quail Valley Elementary has the worst principal in the history of all schools since the beginning of time. She has no work ethic. Principal Nikki Spears thinks she can buy greatness by writing an $85,000 check to become " A leader in me school " rather then put forth the time and effort it takes to raise test scores. The turnover rate is greater than 50% for teachers. The entire staff feels that it cannot teach children to be proactive and begin with an end in mind unless they have this profit driven program. Will Ms. Spears, when you can get your school to a 10 rating like the Sienna schools then you can call your school a " A leader " Until then Quail Valley is sitting at a very embarrassing 6. In addition to this, the school needs to stop bussing in the poor kids from outside the school boundaries and only accept those that live within the designated area. Do your self a favor and do not let your children go to this poorly run school with pathetic leadership."
