"Completely confused and unorganized office staff. Rescheduled appointments hours earlier than discussed without a callback. Sent me to the wrong location and then complained loudly and constantly like it was my fault. Tried to tell me I didn’t need any labs after I requested them and confirmed that they would order them. Still had to wait for them to be ordered. No communication on what their STI panel tests for. They didn’t know I needed a pregnancy test before my IUD insert. Entire office staff needs training on professionalism and scheduling. Medical staff is great. Dr. Whitfield and all the techs have been delightful, other than not communicating what my STI panel would be. I should not have assumed it was a full panel. Why would you test for syphillis but not HSV? Weird."

"I had a good experience with Dr selam whitfield, she is caring, and she does her job well. I gave birth to my son last year and everything went well. I pray to God that she remains my doctor for the arrival of my other children."

"She was very nice, however, I expressed BEFORE getting my new IUD in and my old one replaced if there’s anything we can do because my body doesn’t tolerate this stuff well. She said “Oh you’ll be fine” and proceeded to do it anyways. I ended up passing out and mildly seizing. We weren’t able to get a new one in, so now I am without ANY brith control for over a month, when all of this could have been avoided if she had just LISTENED to me. The real kicker is after she said “oh, we can maybe put you under or give you a pill or something next time”. Even though that’s what I asked for in the very beginning. It was incredibly disappointing and I don’t think I’ve ever been this stressed about something medically, and that’s saying a lot coming from someone who has dealt with chronic pain for over 15 years. Unfortunately I am coming back, but not without hesitation. It took way too long to find a doctor in the first place. Just hoping for a better experience this time but honestly not even expecting it."
