"They do fraudulent billing. They charged me $40 co-pay during visit, then a month later send me a bill for $20. The bill did not reflect that I already paid $40. I called their billing person "Jeffrey", who asked me to submit the receipt and wait for 7-10 business days. Well I submitted the receipt, and it has been a month now, with no updates or credits. Jeffrey opens my email, but choses not to respond. So they only reach out when they think you owe them money, but will hide when it turns out to be their mistake. The doctor is very rude. He ordered $1800 worth of labs which I did not authorize. He now refuses to tell me the results of the labs, unless I pay the copy fees. Does that sound reasonable? The office looks very old and unkempt, cheap. The chairs are torn with yellow foam coming out of it. There is just an overall feeling of dirtiness and cheapness. If they cannot take care of their office, imagine how they would care for their patients. They will prescribe the most expensive tests just to charge the insurance and will prescribe medication before any diagnosis. This doctor practices fraud and is negligent."

"I visited this place 4 years ago. I was a little uncomfortable because the doctor only had pictures of Caucasian children on his wall, not one colored baby but he seems to take colored patients and treated me decently. My first visit went well, but after my second visit, I received a large bill that I was stuck with paying and later found out that the office said I never paid my copay (which I did). I had proof of payment to present to the office but it took me a little while to realize that the two incidents were most likely related. Still disgruntled about the loss I faced. If this happens to you, please keep this mind."
