"Place was closed ten or 15 min before closing at 8 was mad because I wanted to buy something but the closed"

"I wanted to share my experience I had purchasing Madden 24 about 2 weeks ago. I went to buy Madden 24 for my Xbox series X and they only had "gutted" copy which means opened for display purposes. I asked since it's open, I should be compensated for not being new. The manager did not offer any discount and was not very helpful at all. When anyone buys any new game from them and they try to return it after it's open they won't return since it's used. Why doesn't this situation apply to them? It would of been awesome if the manager would of offered some form of discount. I've been a Power Up member for a very long time, and I like to support them whenever I can. Unfortunately, I most likely will not be renewing my membership or going back to Gamestop since it's obvious that they don't care about the customers that supports their store."

"Do not visit this location. It’s the last time I ever go here. Every time I visited this location to buy a product the employees always make me feel like I’m such an inconvenience. Bad customer service, I recommend the GameStop on Oswego by rt 34."

"I generally have problems with GameStop, last two cases at this not, not the problem. Carl, who I believe is the store manager has helped me on multiple occasions with difficult transactions or pre-orders I’ve had as a power up member. I’ve recently become more frequent at GameStop just for this reason. Continue to hire managers who helps consumers and up their pay. Get GameStop back to what it used to be! Thanks again Carl"
