"I felt very uncomfortable here. Pamela pushed hormonal birth control to me when I was adamant that I was in need of only the copper IUD. The appointment where I received the IUD was the worst doctor visit I’ve ever had. She had a student with her during the insertion without my consent. It made me very anxious and uncomfortable. She was also asking the student for tools and scolding her multiple times during. It was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. I knew I’d never go back."

"I’ve had bad pain since Sunday so I called Monday morning and they were able to get me in on Wednesday which was so great. Well, my pain is getting worse so I called back and asked if after my exam I could go straight across the hall and get the ultrasound. I’ve had this exact pain before which is a cyst on my ovary. I was told no I would have to come back in a week to do the ultrasound. I was very upset about that. I kept the appointment anyway and showed up and was told I couldn’t be seen due to an expired driver’s license. Yep, took off work, in pain, and told that. I had forgotten it was expired. I showed my credit card and insurance card with matching info and was ready to pay but nope was told to call back and then could get in the books when I renew my license. I couldn’t believe it. I was told they have to know what kind of person they are dealing with so that’s why they wouldn’t take an expired license. I even had my work badge which matched my other info. I’ve lived in the same house for 10 years, driven the same car, and had the same job, that’s the kind of person they are dealing with. I won’t ever go here again."

I like the way the office Mgr can remember my name and things I speak to her about, she's very nice, not many clinics can provide that kind of service! They have made me feel welcomed. I've never had any issues with the staff. Dr. Asghar is the best gyno Dr I've ever had, she's very knowledgeable and helped me with all my woman issues 100%. She performed my surgery and I don't think I could of had a better Doctor do it. I've never felt healthier and happier with such a fast and remarkable recovery!
