"Currently under Dr. Luck’s care for my pregnancy. I’m almost 38 weeks and I’ve only ever been seen by her once. Never in my life have I experienced a doctor’s office that over books appointments this bad. Be prepared to wait over an hour each visit."

"I've been a patient here for about 4 years now. Now my 14 yr old is a patient. She had an gyn appointment today but I had my 3yr old with me. I was told I had to wait in the car since she's over 18 months. Texas has been crazy hot these last 2 weeks and I felt I shouldn't have to sit in my car running the A/C especially when everytime I come the wait time is bananas. All for your appointment to last for 10 minutes. Any mother would want to be in the room with their teen daughter. Thankfully my daughter was more mature than me at the moment and told me she would be ok. But she later text from the room saying she was scared smh"

"I tried calling to schedule at least 3 times and could never get a hold of a person, so I requested an appointment online to TALK about getting my IUD out and family planning as a new patient and someone wanting to start off on the right foot to try and conceive. At that appointment I did not get to see the provider I request, I saw the NP (after waiting 1.5 hours past my appt time) who came in ready to take out my IUD. I explained that I was just there to talk and schedule labs etc. and get established. Her only focus was the iUD and taking it out and using scare tactics to get me to do it. I scheduled an appointment to have it removed and then they scheduled me with the wrong provider to remove it (they don’t see each other’s patients) and had to reschedule me, even after I called to confirm the morning of (I had to call as a DR because there are no options to talk to a human when you call). No one ever said a word about stopping my depression medication, or testing my thyroid (I stopped taking medication for it 6 no ago) or anything else. I felt like a number to make money on, I do not feel that I was treated as a person who was looking for care and hoping to starting out right. I do not feel safe having a child at OMEGA. They didn’t start me off right, so how am I supposed to feel safe when actually pregnant. Bedside manners were awful, and scheduling is awful too. 0/0 will not go again."

"Honestly pretty disappointed with my experience here. As a pregnant patient, I have already been here for 4 appointments. Each time the wait was super long, and one time it was nearly a two hour wait in the lobby because the doctor was "running behind." I do have to say that Dr. Luck is a great doctor, but it seems like the clinic overbooks appointments. The lobby has always been pretty full and the wait time much longer that what is considered acceptable. (Especially for those of us that have to return back to work!) Every time I have tired to call the office for appointment questions or questions about my prescribed medications that were not called in by their staff, I was sent straight to the answering machine. They take several days to get back to you, if they even do at all. Its rare to have someone actually answer your phone call here. Its better to find a different office where you don't feel like just a number in a queue."
