"They don't answer the phone. Holding 30 minutes so far and it's the 4th try. So they must only return calls. They should say that. They shouldn't even allow you to hold if they're never going to answer the phone. They keep having an announcement if you want to be called back leave your number. So basically they don't answer the phone is what my experience has been. You have to leave a message and hope they call you back or you won't be able to talk to them."

"2 weeks later, still no results. I had to call to see if they'd come in, rather than anyone calling me about a delay, and was told to just call back in a week. I understand being inundated, but lack of communication is inexcusable. At my initial appointment, I was told they no longer accept my insurance. No problem, I found another doctor. 2 months after requesting my medical records, they had not yet sent them. I spoke with them the day of my appointment (they told me they sent them, I had to reschedule my follow up because they had not), they said they'd send them ASAP. A week later, between my new doctor and I 5 requests have been made and they have still not sent over my records. Avoid them like the plague, this office is nothing more than a cattle call."
