"Horrible!!! They never answer the phones and I’ve been waiting on a prescription to be sent to the pharmacy for 3 weeks as of today!! And to make things worse now they don’t even know what prescription they were supposed to be sending to the pharmacy for me!! They suck!! Now I have to find another on/gyn, I only came here because of a referral from my pcp, unfortunately they’ve failed me! I’m thankful that the prescription I need isn’t for something detrimental or life saving because I’d be dead waiting on them!!"

"I went here two months ago to get my iud removed and to switch to the pills. The removal process went good and smooth. The doctor was very informative and nice. After my iud removal I was told that my birth control pills will be sent to a pharmacy and I was to wait 3-5 days to wait for a call back to receive them. A week later no call. I called the pharmacy they told me they had no prescriptions under my name and I was to contact them. I literally called every day and I only got a voicemail telling me to leave my number and a message, which they never call you back. They literally dont answer the phone no matter the time of the day!! Y'all is not that busy to where yall can't pick up the phone!! I definitely don't recommend this place"

"Extremely rude to patients. I’m 6 months pregnant and in my third trimester. I had to cancel 1 appointment due to a family trip. Since then they have not tried to keep my appointments and keep scheduling me far out even though I haven’t seen the doctor in 3 weeks. The receptionist, Myra, asked me to wait on hold when I called and then hung up on me then did not answer when I called back multiple times to try and find a solution for me to come in. I didn’t even get the chance to make my appointment sooner after speaking with my bosses to get off. They NEVER return your calls and I feel like a burden which I shouldn’t as a first time mom who is having concerning pains. I don’t know what to do now because they aren’t answering the phone but I want to able to talk to the doctor about my concerns and they seem not to care… UPDATE 7/5: I would no advise coming to this doctor’s office if this is your first pregnancy and you are not having a 100% perfect pregnancy. The doctor is not great at having accountability for what she does or inputs into your chart. She gets frustrated with the questions and concerns that you have with YOUR first time pregnancy. It defeating and not motivational. She straight up told me she doesn’t have time to help me with my questions or concerns. I don’t appreciate being interrupted or being treated as if I don’t matter because I have more issues going on medically. Again DO NOT COME TO HER IF YOU ARE NOT 100% HEALTHY BECAUSE SHE WILL NOT HAVE TIME FOR YOU!"
