"So, I was at McNally's last night (Tuesday, February 27, 2024). The storm was getting close and all of the sudden about 20 kids came in. They said they were from Steel Beam and told to go to McNally's because you don't have a basement. Of course McNally's let the kids in and even go down to their basement when all the cell phone weather alarms went off. Why didn't you call off the event? For days the weather was forecasted. I hope you make better decisions in the future."

"They cancelled the show a mere one hour before showtime with no explanation. We did not find out about the cancellation until after we had driven the 60 minutes to get out to St Charles. We found other things to do out there but this last minute cancellation was a pretty big discourtesy. The refund was not even automatic. Had to reach out to the ticket vendor to initiate the refund. At least explain the reason for the cancellation next time."

"Went and saw 39 Steps. The play was brilliantly performed and very entertaining. The theater was intimate with a historical vibe. Seats were comfortable and staff was excellent."
