"This has been one of the worst experiences with a doctor and doctor’s office ever. The Dr Puffer literally spent less than 2 minutes with me. She didn’t listen and ordered labs that I did not authorize. This doctor uses their own lab which charges exorbitant rates. Lab tests that would have cost $90 at Quest or Lab Corp - I was charged $985 dollars for simple lab tests. The lab even ran a test twice as that is there procedure. The ethics are none existent at this Dr office. I am a college student so paying so much for labs is difficult. I was making monthly payments as I worked out with the lab’s manager and they sent me to collections anyway. I had made every payment and didn’t miss any. Everything is so disappointing. I can honestly say this has been my worst medical experience ever."
