"Very unprofessional front desk staff . I got to my appt at 8:33 . It was scheduled for 8:30. Due to lack of knowledge of the facility. First time appt. I was a little late. I was actually in the wrong building when I originally arrived. Which I also started calling to advise them. I waited over a month for this appointment . No Grace at all. As they don’t care about anything but time. The staff rescheduled my appt because I didn’t have my physical id card and time . They were able to verify my insurance before I came . So I’m not understanding what’s the big deal of the insurance card if my id match my name. Also stated that I had 3mins to fill it out . Which is really rude. I understand that people have policies but she was really about it."

"Worst OB clinic ever Front Staff is super rude and they don’t listen to the patients when they explain they’re in pain. First the nurse was extremely argumentative when I told her I was in pain then a few minutes later the doctor came in touched my shoulders then checked to see if my water had broken then came to the conclusion that I wasn’t in pain. I just kindly walked out the office I will never go back there. I honestly believe if you want to loose your child this is the office for you, but if you care about yourself and your baby seek care elsewhere"

"Dr Uzoma is amazing! She has great professional bedside manner, but treats you like a friend. Very personable! I feel very comfortable with her."

"If your baby means the world to you, This is one of the location you should avoid at all cost. You can end up losing your own child due to the lack of attention and care of this location. This place is really meant for anyone who is looking to lose their child and move on. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone nor schedule an appointment here. It does not help when no one picks up and when someone does pick up, they have no idea how to get an appointment set up. Very rude and careless even in person when we do get an appointment in the past. Everyone there keeps diverting us to use the online system portal for communication but what is the point of that if no one ever responds. It ended up being faster to book an appointment for semi emergency visit at a location from another company an hour away from where we live than it is to trying to get in with this location literally minutes from our house. For real if you are looking for a quick way to lose your child, this is the place to go."

"I went here a couple of years ago however moved. I really appreciated the whole delivery experience. Fast forward to now, moving back to the area… I am 14 weeks pregnant and the OB I was seeing at this office is on maternity leave. I had my records transferred to Dr. Uzoma and was denied to be seen by her with NO explanation. Super frustrating and very unprofessional. When I asked why, just a “no” was given. And because I was denied by this Dr. I was told that my file could not go to another Dr. for a possible yes. Once it’s a no from one Dr. it’s a no for the others."
