"I wish I could leave more stars than this but every time I hope this office will prove me wrong they just give me more reason to say something. Dr. Erwin herself is super sweet and has great bedside manner. However, the office is so poorly ran and managed. The billing department will give you minimal information and make it seem like you’re causing such an inconvenience for asking any questions. The scheduling stinks because they will tell you you’re scheduled with Dr. Erwin but you end up having to see her NP, who is nice but unfortunately wasn’t able to help me much with some things I needed addressed. The office just seems to want to get people in and out with not much thought of taking their time with the patients. I also made a deposit for my OB delivery fees, and ended up having to switch offices (which worked in my favor) because my insurance. They said they can’t refund me the deposit till after I deliver my baby with a completely different doctor and office. Lastly whenever you ask for any help whatever so ever from the office (I needed medical records faxed to my new doctor) they will drag their feet and not do it unless you constantly check in with them and make sure they are working on it. The only stars go to Dr. Erwin having good bedside manner but I rarely ever got to see her throughout my pregnancy so it’s hard to say much."

"Can’t say enough great things about Dr. Erwin and her team. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Erwin and her NP, Brittany have always listened to my concerns and offered the very best care. Even when they are the busiest, they’ve always responded to any questions timely. Medications are always sent in, calls/texts are returned and I’ve had no billing issues. My birthing process went very smooth and I couldn’t have asked for better care. I’ve continued to see Dr. Erwin for normal care and will use her again for my other pregnancies. Highly recommend this team!"

"I moved to FW, Tx and found out I was pregnant. I googled and found Dr. Erwin and decided to give her a try. It's a decision I would NEVER regret and best decision i made for myself and baby. Dr. Erwin and her staff genuinely cared for me and baby through pregnancy. Even Maggie was awesome. The entire staff work together as a team to provide great care to their patients. Although times are a bit hard now with COVID, we are required to wait in the car and be called in once a room is available. I am considerate when I go for appt knowing there will be a lil bit more waiting. My journey through pregnancy and birth experience with Dr Erwin was GREAT! She reassured and made sure I was OK! She truly cares and I will greatly miss her! They do respond to questions or concerns via pigeon program which was also awesome."
