"Extremely disappointed! In the professionalism and staff. One minute I'm told a price, then a few minutes later, literally told me $50.00 for a haircut? But just in front of me they told another Gentleman half the cost of mine. All I wanted was a simple fade and and a few off the top. As a Businessman, I was disappointed, shown no professionalism and extreme lack of communication. What they didn't know is that an extremely good friend and client goes there as I was recommended. I went 40 minutes out of my way to get a haircut and nothing happened! Disappointed and will not be going back and or referring clients."

"I came here with my younger brother and we scheduled an appointment on Booksy. This was our first time. We came in and everyone stared at us, no one greeted us or anything. The quality of the cut was IMMACULATE. The sharpest, long lasting service my brother has ever had. When it was time to pay however, he added $2 to run the card. No problem. We had intended to be back and I booked again only for Booksy to say “the servicer needs to approve your appointment”, whereas the first time I just booked and we didn’t need to go through any approval process. I hate to come to a conclusion about what this may be about, but the only thing I can think of is he didn’t want to cut ethnic hair. Disappointed and confused."

"I needed a barber and being new to the area; I wasn’t sure which direction to turn. I truly stumbled across this place on the Booksy Application! I reached out to Jona to set up an appointment and the rest is history. Now, this place won't wow you with its location or above average facilities, but Jonacutz does an excellent job cutting my hair! This place does get packed, especially on Saturday’s so I suggest you reach out to him directly via Booksy! Most of the barbers in this location are bilingual, favoring Spanish more than English, nonetheless for the job Jona does this place gets five stars from me. If you are in need of a barber or looking for something different, I definitely recommend this shop. Cheers,"
