Before seeing her, I struggled with hair loss and breakage- she has recommended products and walked me through what I need to be doing- my hair is the healthiest it has EVER been!! Seeing Kassidy at the salon is one of my favorite days! She is so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable and you can really see how passionate she is about her work. "Been getting my hair done by Audrey for 6 months now and it’s safe to say she’s stuck with me. she’s super easy to talk to, always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed, and is super professional. i’m pretty low maintenance when it comes to cut and color but i see her work on instagram and am confident she could literally do anything you could image. also queer safe and friendly! :) attached is a picture of my hair, it’s amazing to think that’s not my natural color!"
"With the reputation this salon has, I expect so much more. The salon’s reputation is built on social media hype and nothing more. The quality is not there. I had extensions installed at a discount 08/08/23 and have returned with issues more than 10 times. Corners lifting, bubbling, serious sliding days after a bump up. I model and have had many other stylists both in STL, Florida, Arizona and Texas tell me the install is wrong, the hair used is cheap and too heavy, I shouldn’t have to return for 4-6 weeks. owners Andrea and Reese both echoed this sentiment… until there was an issue. I was in last to visit Reese for a bump up correction. This visit alone, I spent $400 for services. I only wanted a bump up, but color and other treatments were also recommended. I was there for 3.5-4 hours. Reese was working on 4 other clients at the same time as myself and only actually touched my hair 25% of the time. They stained my shirt with color and within the week, sufficient sliding. I messaged Reese respectfully with both issues and she suggested a day to come in to the salon to have things tightened. She agreed there were some issues but defended the work. She tightened the areas of concern and I left. Not even a week later the top weft is completely detaching. Again, I reached out respectfully.. her response was WILDLY unprofessional and unacceptable. There was no ownership of the issue and I was called a bully for addressing the concern.. again she is the OWNER and stylist I saw and I only stated I had an issue and that I should not have these things happen after spending 400 and return visit. She also had a strange response calling me unprofessional, which I had to explain that I am the client and where there is not a need for me to be professional, I actually showed nothing but respect. This is day 2 of expecting a call back from the front desk staff.. which is who Reese told me I need to work with on grievances.. not the owners or stylists… the front desk assistants. I’m at a loss. I feel defeated and played."
