"I was going to Nick for awhile. The hair wasn’t bad. The issue arose when I decided to do less with it. I just wanted a touch up on my bleach, not the double process, and a haircut. Even though he was doing my hair for so long, he booked me for a highlight, not to touch up my underside and bangs. Which is about a $100 difference. And only $25 less than the double process I was initially doing. When I canceled the appointment he implied my “budget” was the problem. Not the fact that he was NOT charging me according to his own listed prices. It was super catty and honestly quite unprofessional. Ive never spoken about a “budget” for my hair and have always tipped well. With the way he’s overcharging people who have been loyal customers he should be able to hire someone to dust his extremely dusty space. And probably also to sharpen his dull shears. My hair never left feeling freshly cut. Even after taking off a portion of length."
