"Extremely disappointed my experience. They were not helpful in understanding what they can and cannot do. They didn't give back all the things I took to them. They messed up 1/3 of my print jobs and refused to refund for the jobs THEY messed up. They were very snappy when I asked if they found the lost envelopes i took to them. They said nothing left the box but we did not take items to them in a box so that's just a flat out lie. I wont EVER recommend them and I wont EVER use them again. All around horrible and I should have just done it myself or at office max who is cheaper and way more professional... this business is a joke."
