I had a uniquely shaped package that I needed help with packing on my own. She quickly educated me on the process and sold me the supplies I would need. She also offered to do it for me, but I needed to pack it myself. However, I appreciated that they offer that service. "My family and I are in the process of relocating from S.A. to remote Alaska and I had several pallets of valuable personal items that I needed to ship the long distance. I called many places with no success , nobody wanted to palletize my items and ship them. I finally made made contact with Pak Mail and Michelle and Kyle were happy to help me.
