"Such a shame. I hoped that a local business would be good to locals but I have had several bad experiences with the man working the counter at Mail Stop. Although I have witnessed him giving good customer service to some, this isn't my experience. I have tried to be kind and gracious regardless. But this man has been curt and rude to me several times and most recently he did something spiteful that impacted my business. If you must go, wait to be helped by the other folks there. For me, I need to drive to San Marcos, Kyle or Dripping Springs for my shipping needs."

"I am very disappointed with their service. They charged me a $1.00 just to tape a package. A small package probably took less then a foot of tape. I will not use their service in the future, if I can help it."

"Great place for anything you need to send or ship! They have s full selection of envelopes, etc. and work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. Note they are not yet able to scan the square bar codes for UPS (but you can drive to the one in Dripping Springs). I love this place!!"

"I went to the Mail Stop to see a phone back to Google. The ladies there were very nice and boxed up the phone and rapped it for me. The parking was easy as well. I pulled right up to the door."
