"I went to Dr. Smith for a yearly, after a week an a half no one from the office called with any results from my tests. I got them from the nurse when I called. Very unprofessional for no follow up. Second visit was for a urine test, waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes when I was on time for the appointment. When I told the receptionist that I could not justify waiting 45 minutes just for a urine test she said OK, bye. Honestly this practice should go ahead and retire. I will not be going back, there are a lot more qualified people out there to handle my healthcare."
