"Just bought my first items there and when I thawed the shrimp, they had a lot of white freezer burns all over them. When I tried to call the shop to talk to them about it, I was routed to a weird spammy recorded message and couldn't reach them. I tried calling twice and same outcome. I'm so disappointed... I thought this place was going to deliver a nice experience, but so far no good! An open store in the neighborhood should be available by phone during business hours."
