"Today I met with one Heather .a young lady from the cooked food service with pathetic and extremely rude attitude. A Spanish lady with no English background asked her and she rudely told her..I don't know Spanish. I really felt very bad towards The poor lady and tried to help her with my fingers pointing towards the food and ultimately it got solved. I then told Ms Heather that you really had a very bad attitude and then she started serving mine. The way she gave me my chicken I felt bad and told her watch what are you doing. In return she told me.i don't want to talk to you. This is not the first time I got poor customer service in this shop. Almost each and every person here has an attitude issue. I complained before but they simply don't care about the complaints."

"Selling Aldi brand green been for twice the price. Isaac R, the grocery manager had no clue what was going on and wasn’t helpful at all. Passed the buck to one of his floor associates instead of fulfilling his leadership roll and accepting responsibility. No beans in stock under the jewel or other brand name. Aldi should do something about this as well as the products explicitly state on the packaging that they are exclusively for sale by Aldi. Also the adult beverage section went from being open till midnight to closing at 9 pm even though every other jewel sells later than that. Buyer beware don’t shop at this Jewel Osco unless you want to be treated like a thief. Just because some people decide to steal doesn’t mean you have to treat every customer poorly and waste their time. Do better"

"What a shame is all I can say. This was my neighborhood jewel for the last four years. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them visiting them multiple times a week. Typically everybody is so nice however, there’s this one particular cashier that is just so sour and unpleasant and rude, and makes everything almost impossible. I had a dollar off coupon for a bread that I always buy. I’ve never had issues with the coupon that comes on the front of the bread until this morning with this one specific Not only did they take my bread away and hold me back from checking out for They were extremely rude, safe to say I will be contacting the general manager. Mike and I will never be returning back to this location. Update : this individual particular her name is Stephanie To my surprise, so many reviews mention her name going to try and get a hold of Mike’s email Beyond ridiculous, and quite frankly, I am I have been a loyal customer customer to Jewel Osco for years and I After this morning"

"Hello, I have given a 1 star because one of the workers here gave me one of the worst experiences I’ve ever experienced. Her name tag read “Stephanie” and I asked around and found out her last name is Diaz. I came here with two of my friends who also had a horrible experience with this worker. She was staring at us for so long it made us very uncomfortable, one of my friends is a somewhat famous influencer so we thought that was the reason for the staring then she got up and started following us, we decided we had enough and was going to leave, that’s when she came up to us and said “can I have your guy’s number?” Because there were 3 of us I was a bit confused and asked sure who’s number do you want? And she said “your two friends obviously definitely not you m**key” I was appalled and was questioning why you guys had hired her. This is extremely unprofessional please do better."
