Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

"Went in for a layered haircut. That’s definitely NOT what I got and I had to quickly go to another location to get my hair fixed it was soooooo bad. Hair stylist at the second location couldn’t pick her chin up off off the floor when she saw my hair!"

"I wanted foil highlights and a trim. The twelve year old who was doing my hair she asked me if I wanted all over foil I said no so she did it anyway I told her my pet peeve was when the color doesn’t go all the way to the scalp. Her foils were so bad that in the back there were 2 inches between where the color started and my scalp in the front was not any better and it was brassy. It was just all orange, so the manager came in and re-highlighted the top in the front and it got a little better. I went back on Monday to get it fixed all the way but the manager wasn’t there and don’t you know they’re always closed on Tuesday apparently no I did not know that so I went back on Wednesday and the manager redid my whole head gave me a trim but only trimmed one side, so I’m pretty much done with Fantastic Sams because they are not fantastic"

"NOT EVEN REFUND FOR THIS! Lacey waxed my eyebrows. The pictures show the results she burned me both sides. Hurts really bad. She is the manager of the place. I hate to give one star. This deserves none. Besides how painful words can't describe how I'm feeling."
