"14 years long time customer. I had to return pasta that contains wheat to the store the customer service agent refused to take it back due to no receipt. Normally they offer a in store credit, she did not. I explained to her that I have wheat allergies. She refused, I ended up throwing it away in the store. She didn't even care. No longer will I come here. At least Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Aldi's try to accommodate their customers."

"I have lived in the area and shopped at this store for 15+ years but within the last two+ years it has drastically changed, because of the poor customer service, there never being any brands that I use anymore and it’s no longer well maintained. I understand they cater to the area demographics but as a long time customer they have failed ridiculously and the prices have exorbitantly increased and quality has decreased which I feel is wrong within itself. there’s another store in the same strip mall that caters to everyone even though they’re of the neighborhood demographics and I shop there because they’re inclusive where this particular jewel is not and they seem predatory towards the clientele they’re targeting."

"The cashiers are rude, service is terrible. Im in my 20’s around the same age as them my last job was a cashier for 3 years and not even I was this rude to customers. I understand when people would give me a hard time but that wasn’t this case. My mom would nicely ask a question and she would just nod, then when she gave her an item that she changed her mind on she threw it to the side. Your whole job is customer service,If you don’t like your job then quit, simple as that. The cashiers name is Alexis L."
