"Terrible drive up service. As there are already a bunch of people complaining about this in the reviews for awhile now I can only wonder if they intentionally have poor service to get people to instead go inside the store where they'll probably end up spending more impulse shopping. I do pickup orders at least weekly and it takes 15-20min at least for them to come out, and that's when there's no other cars ahead of me. Literally just no one seemingly monitoring the queue. Never get an apology, they usually don't even speak at all. They just stroll over and toss things in with no regard to things getting crushed. Taking my money elsewhere from now on."

"The drive up and go service here is horrendous. I’ve waited 40+ minutes from the time that I confirmed in the jewel app that I am here and provided my parking space, even when there’s only 1 other person picking up an order. If i call to ask about my order the people are disrespectful when I try my hardest to be polite, despite the fact that I have been waiting on them for over 20 minutes when they’re not even busy. I have tried to be understanding, but every order I have placed here (which is many) takes forever to get to me, regardless of if it’s busy or not. With the amount of time I waste sitting in my car I might as well have just gone in and grocery shopped for myself."

"I arrived for my pickup order 11 minutes before 8 PM, having indicated that I was on my way. I was the only car parked and waited for 5 minutes. When I called the pickup number, it rang for a few minutes, then went to voicemail, which was full, ending the call. After waiting for 4 more minutes, I called customer service. They transferred me back to pickup before I could explain that nobody answered, and the voicemail was full. Again, it rang, went to voicemail, and the call ended. I called again. The woman immediately recognized me, put me on hold, and tried calling pickup herself but couldn't reach anyone. She informed me that the assistant manager would bring out my order. By now, it was 25 minutes after my arrival, and I was upset but resigned to the situation. However, when the assistant manager finally appeared, I went to help load the car, and she accused me of not being parked there the entire time and of not checking in timely before 8 PM. I felt insulted, as if she were calling me a liar, and she didn’t apologize. I reached out to Jewel to share my experience, but I heard nothing back."

"It appears this store is not at all worried about pleasing and maintaining their customer base - their prices typically run higher that most local competition, the staff is untrained, ineffective and occasionally rude, the store is often "messy" and sometimes dirty (don't look behind the deli display). I take my consumer dollar to cleaner, friendlier and cheaper competing stores."

"I frequent this Jewel weekly. Although the staff are very friendly and helpful, the store itself is in serious disrepair. Everything seems broken, water leaking from freezers, and just very dirty over all. It’s unfortunate, I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon. I know it services a large area, but they really need to update the store itself. It needs it!"
