"Deli opens at 10 am. Checkout Lines are super long because they constantly are allowing gas station and convenient store owners to purchase in bulk. This is illegal. Mobile app not able to be read by store hardware. Workers who are rude n careless. I could go on and on."

"For the first time in a while i give five stars because of Sonia hicks ,she is amazing ,extremely helpful and to be honest i never find someone helpful in this store like her ,thumb up for her service , really i m so grateful to her ."

"This store is HORRIBLE NOT ENOUGH cashiers and long long lines running from front of the store to the back!!!!! A day before the storm on 1-11-24 only 2 cashiers. One manager shut her register down and left which was INAPPROPRIATE which left only 1 cashier. People left the food cart in the middle of the floor and walked out!!!!! The cashiers and managers are extremely RUDE!!!!!! Bad customer service in this store!!!!!! Definitely needs to be under new management or close the store down for good!!!!!!!! Because management is GARBAGE at this store!!!! I will be calling corporate!!!! Go to Jewel much more professional and at least 5 registers open. You may pay $10 or even $20 more on groceries but it’s worth it. You get in and get out of Jewels ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Made a quick stop after work to get groceries today. I started off in Lisa's "i believe thats her name older black lady line" and was asked to step over to michaels line while she worked on an issue I stepped over to michaels and we had a discrepancy on 1 of the items michael was helpful walked to verify the item with me. Once confirmed we walked back over at that moment Lisa screamed out uh uh that's wrong that's wrong had him to cancel the order and said no no another lady walked over to verify confirmed we were in fact correct so michael re entered the order and made adjustments. Despite all the back and forth Michael was patient and helpful and if for him I would give 5 stars but for Lisa she was an arrogant know it all that was unnecessarily rude. Even after several people determined that we were correct she continued with the comments, like well the sign wrong that's wrong. Even if it was that's not the customers fault and how dare you speak to a customer that way I would rate her a 0."

"7-20-23 / 8 PM This rating is not based solely on the store. The customers in the store were being trifling today. People with a bunch of kids were getting all in the way of my shopping. Some dude approached me at the register claiming to be in my way and said he liked my phone. **I have already told the company I work for to stop sending people to meet me at the store and to tell them not to walk up to me. It is not welcomed by me and on top of that, it's annoying. Thank you! 11-12-23 An elderly lady in a motorized chair kept following me around the store and getting in my way. I couldn't even bag up my groceries. Here she comes; "can you move your basket"? What a pain in my _ _ _!"
