"As of now, I rate some of the employees a neg. star. The manager called me and said we have your phone, ask for someone in the office when you come in. I came in and she said she couldn't find a phone. Then I said I was called and was told my phone was in. So, she went to the back and then said it was thrown away. What? She asked if my phone was cracked and I said it could be cracked. So, she went to the back of the store..... She came out and said it is in the store and will show up later. I went outside and then looked in the parking lot. I returned to the store and talked to the same girl and she said that wasn't my phone. Did she let me see the phone? No. She said the phone that they threw away was there two weeks ago. I called back the next day and another lady said that they do NOT THROW CELL PHONES AWAY! They have a cell phone there since she started!!!! Please management, locate that cell phone.... I think they are searching my cell phone. Why would they throw out a cell phone? This does NOT MAKE SENSE."

"Aldi is my favorite chain of stores made me very sad to visit this store. Argumentative management or lack there of. I don't ever Mind someone telling me no .... no I didn't ask for a reason I was given a false statement...no need to lie... what I mind is when I am treated like i am gullible or not intelligent enough to believe whatever ridiculous customer service policy they improvise. And when I attempted to pull up the customer service policy from aldi app he said nope that's not right food and electronics can be returned 90 days not non-food items"
