"On 8/27/23 Jewel on Patriot Blvd was out of blueberries, so I went to customer service for the rain check. The customer service representative was very rude and disrespectful. He told me he needs to see my phone to make sure I clipped For U coupon. I did not have my phone with me, so he refused to give me a rain check. It was shocking to have such a negative experience in a store which used to care about customers and its own reputation. I will not shop at this store again."
