"They open at 10:45am. Arrived at 10:47 and they were not ready! The employee told my kid and I that we had to leave because they were not ready! She was very rude, which I don’t understand. I definitely will not return to this location."

"I’m so disappointed. Came to this location after work and I was starving. I got a steak bowl and 2 sides of salsa and a bag of chips. 1.) the cheese that was put on my bowl was DISGUSTING. Tasted so old and hard. 2.) the rice wasn’t cooked well at all. 3.) the chips were SO STALE. Chipotle chips are literally my favorite chips and when I got home and opened the bag and tasted these ones I was SO annoyed from how bad they tasted. 4.) the mild salsa was GROSS. Again, I absolutely love chipotle chips and salsa but the ones I received today were not it. I’m So disappointed in this stores service and food."

"This my first time ordering from this location, are the bowls supposed to look this skimpy?!! They haven't at other locations!! What's the deal?! It looks like you were running low on ingredients! The pic was taken immediately after removing food from bag! I'm needing some type of credit or compensation. Unfortunately, I couldn't speak with a human to voice this concern verbally. Tried."

"this place is the worst! the meat was wrong, my portions were small as could be and the place was a wreck! the lady was cross contaminating food while making people food as i waited for mine. If you have a food allergy and come here you may end up getting the stuff you dont want mixed in your food!!!!!!!!!! this is so dangerous !!!!!!!!! i called them about my order and got an attitude so i called customer service and PRAY THEY SHIUT THIS LOCATION DOWN!!!!!!!! THE OWNERS DONT CARE, by the reviews apparently this has been happening for a while"
