"My appointment was @10am. Showed up @ 9:50, asked if I need to complete any paperwork. Receptionist said everything is good to go. Waited over 30 minutes, several people walked in and was seen by the dr. within 5 minutes. Still sitting here waiting…..I have go go to work after this……"

"Dr. Vu is great & always straight to the point. She let me know ahead of time about a possible c section & gave me tips to help induce labor on my own & did everything she could to try to avoid the c section. But even when it was time for the c section she made me feel reassured everything will be okay. She looked out for both me & baby's best interest. She did great work & I’m grateful to have had her as my OB & deliverer of my baby. I hope to have her again in the future. The staff on the other hand is very unprofessional.. Vanessa is quick to hang up off the phone & catches an attitude when you ask more than 1 question or are trying to figure out a day to set an appointment. No patience at all."
