"It’s edible food. Dry meat, lacking any real flavor. Ridiculous price for garbage food, you’re better off going to get stuff in the markets. Again, the staff were horrible. 5 workers were standing around or on their phones, and they acted like WE were inconveniencing THEM when ordering food during lunch time. The best thing about them was the annoying music that was driving away customers who were as tired and hungry as us. Edit: worst tacos ever, confirmed by 3 of us."
"Honestly was so sad as I scanned my card. The food looked abysmal, they definitely take advantage of people who expect decent quality for the price (like myself). Crazy that they list “choices of protein” when chicken is all they have, unless you want a $20 bowl that has some dry steak."
"Tried to order here tonight and they only have two meat options: chicken and steak. The steak is an automatic $4 upcharge. Upon trying to order from a very reluctant worker (saw us walk up to the counter, look at us, and then walk away), she informed us that the chicken was gone and that the only protein offered was steak. She said it would be four dollars extra, even though they were out of any other option. Poor service and even poorer options."
"Horrible place. The lines were slow. The service is some of the worst I’ve ever had. The food was disgusting. They have a lady who, I’m guessing, her sole job is to yell your name loudly, rudely and repeatedly once your order is read. Seriously. My order was ready, she called Jason, made eye contact with me. I waved and said that it was me and I was coming. She immediately started calling “jasonjasonJASONjasonjasonJASON!jason” until I got to the counter. Then the just shoved my food at me. She did that with everyone. She also got upset because I pointed out I was missing half my order. Tried making it my fault that she didnt give it to me. The food looked good. Except the chips. Which are burned. When I said something she said that is how they are and if I wanted a refund I could get back in the long line. It all was nasty. Tasted old. The corn tortillas were not heated. Just straight from the pack so they fell apart. Airport food is a hit and a miss sometimes. This place is by far the worse. They are lucky most of the places in Midway are not open or they wouldn’t make it."
"Always a delicious meal coming from a real restaurant in Chicago!! If you have a chance to try them in the airport they're one of the least expensive most delicious meals! Seriously walk by a bunch of other stuff and go straight here. Terminal A has several options, and if you're in the mood for delicious Mexican food give it a try! If you're outside of the airport definitely put their brick and mortar restaurant on your list, same name! It was mentioned in the Michelin guide and one of the best restaurants in Chicago magazine, I hope they bring more of the restaurant food to the airport!!! You can't go wrong with the burrito, tacos or quesadilla. I had one thing to say the day I stopped through the airport they were out of white onion and had red onion for the tacos, odd but better than nothing!"
