Chipotle Mexican Grill 5373 Touhy Avenue, Skokie, IL 60077

"Overall the food was good. My only issue was that it was cold by the time I got it home which was only about 15 minutes from when it was made. The employees were very nice though and expedited my food since I was inside waiting for my food to be finished. UPDATE: I’ve been going to this location for a long time and it’s been fine until recently. The past 2 times I have ordered they’ve messed up my order. They haven’t put beans on the last 2 times, and this time, they added tomatoes, which I definitely didn’t want, and they put a very small amount of fajita veggies. I’m very upset about this and honestly don’t really want to go back after these experiences."

"Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband found a bug in his burrito bowl. I tried to call the store to report it and it’s nearly impossible to get connected to the store. When I was finally connected, they hung up on me. My husband drove the bowl over to tell them about the issue and the employee had the audacity to make up some excuse as to why he couldn’t refund him. Then his response to the bug being in the food was “sometimes it happens.” No, absolutely NOT acceptable. I’m honestly so disappointed and disgusted. Never stepping foot into this place again."

"This has to be the worst chipotle on the planet!!!! Not in the U.S- the PLANET!! I knew there was going to be an issue when the girl (short Hispanic) placed a half of spoonful of rice in my bowl & “smeared” it. I’m not one to complain about portions- but don’t piss me off! Then as she’s making the bowl-she yells “what else” before you have a chance to tell her. I had to pay for double protein because she wanted to give a half of spoonful. (I had 2 bowls) Then I get to the register, there’s a tall black girl who’s ringing. I guess she’s the “muscle” of the establishment. The first girl tells her to make sure I’m charged for double protein. I asked “the muscle” why they are only giving half portions of protein (other guests were complaining) and her reply was “that’s just the way it is”. Wow! Just fire everyone at this location & hire better employees - they’re horrible!! Also- the dining room was very unkept."

"I walked in here and this is the nastiest looking Chipotle I've been to. I mean it was disgusting. Old food and bags all over the table and nobody was even trying to clean it up. I am sure this is a sanitary violation for a restaurant. They had 6 or 7 people behind the counter but nobody was even trying to clean this place. Where are the managers of this place? How about regonal management? And these peolle get upset if they dont get $15 an hour. They don't deserve $5 an hour."

"Need to do better with serving guacamole. Ordered online. Ordered a chicken bowl and got a veggie bowl basically. Worst chipotle I have ever encountered. Waste of money"
