"Intake staff is cold and extremely impersonal. Was treated poorly and assumed to be ignorant. Was told that the doctor “would be able to tell” that I had history of assault... Disgusting and unprofessional. Dr. seems nice, but not authentic. Room door was left open, could see every patient when walking halls. Unclean. Smudges of jelly on dilapidated furniture. This is a turn and burn establishment. Do not go if you need a warm or empathetic experience."

"I absolutely love Dr. Bernstein, Crystal, the entire staff. They are extremely helpful and detailed in their communication. I was brand new to Dr. Bernstein before becoming pregnant with my first child. She has made me feel comfortable through the entire process. She's also helped us get prepared throughout the process. We've talked to other pregos with different OBGYN's and are amazed at how little they know. We feel so educated with this staff. Never have I felt nervous or concerned. Highly recommend this team!"

"Absolutely the worst possible option for an OB. My wife and I chose Linda based off of many great reviews. Don't know how she got these reviews. We started at the clinic at 10 weeks of pregnancy. We were promised Dr. Bernstein's care. My son is now 3 weeks old and to this day have only met the Doctor once. Crystal, the midwife, talks out her ass and comes off as extremely uneducated. Without our consent, our son was birthed not only by a midwife, but a non-certified midwife in training. When we need my wife's prescriptions refilled, it takes about 10 days and an angry phone call a day before they actually do what they say. Will NEVER use this clinic for anything again. May not even go back for after-birth clearance or birth control."
