"The office messed up the billing codes for the services provided. All services were covered fully with my insurance but I got a bill for 400 dollars. Spoke with insurance and they informed me it was just a coding error. Pretty easy fix. But the office refused to fixthe issue. Insurance also called to explain and they just doubled down and won't correct it. So now I have to go through an appeals process. I'm my opinion it's unprofessional and just a grab for more money. They just won't fix their own mistakes and help out their customers."

"Dr. Harman was very personal and professional the last time we went to see her but her nurse Cindy was very unprofessional and walked around with a attitude from the time we got there till the time we left. When you're working with people you always have to be kind and caring and not make patience feel uncared for or there not important. The front office does not communicate very well with patients They tell you one price then when you get there it's something different and we've been there three times and every time it was the same way and we know two other people that have gone there that have the same issues with the front office. So be aware they're always real nice on the phone until you get there but Dr Harman herself was very kind and very helpful but dealing with her nurse and staff is not worth it."
