"Dr. Farzam is unprofessional. He didn’t let my husband in with me despite my anxiety of seeing a male doctor. He didn’t explain the exams he was doing. He barely asked about my medical history aside from where I was born and who delivered my baby. A woman was not present in the room at all times, only for the exam and that made me very uncomfortable. I will never visit this office again"

"I've never had an issue with this doctor. Not any that was meaningful. I've had to wait a while for my appointment twice because she got called down to the delivery room, but that's part of what she's there for so I don't mind. She's very open and personable and the staff has always been nice to me and anyone ive seen when I've gone in. I don't understand how everyone else is having bad service. These people are wonderful."

"The main Dr. of Cleburne OBGYN allowed my fiancé to go TWO months with a UTI that went untreated and it spread to her kidneys and she almost went septic. We had to take her to a bigger hospitals and the Doctors in her case felt she had been neglected. I do not recommend their "care" if you can call it that."

"Im a current patient of dr puentes. If you are talking to her directly then she is a great doctor. But her nursing staff is questionable. This pregnany has been anything but easy. We have had complication after complication. And there were some things that could have needed immedidiate medical attention amd then i call and ask them if i need to go to the er or come to their office for my doctor to check me out and they said they could not work me in any sooner) my appointment wasnt for two more weeks) and if i wanted to go get it checked out at the er then that was my choice because they couldnt give medical advice over the phone without checking me out!?!?!?!? So you refused to see me sooner but then tell me you can give advice without seeing me. Not to mention they never answer their phones or call back and when they do they are rude. I will not be using this office with my next baby."
