"The ONLY reason I’m giving a one star today is because of the nurse that saw me today in the back with a very bad attitude. I wish I had asked her name so I can share it. She made me cry. You could tell she was not happy to be there or having a good day, for it to be before noon. She was snappy and very short with me. She TRIED to make me feel little, she made me want to grab my things and leave. I truly believe nobody can make me feel inferior without my consent, and that’s why I didn’t cut into you like I could have. I didn’t want to stoop to your low vibrations. But I literally I was on the edge of my seat ready to go BUT I knew this didn’t reflect Dr. Bernstein. She told me I couldn’t ask the Dr. some of my questions or talk about it because today’s problem visit was specific and that’s that. I can’t express in words how I feel because the way people talk to you and treat you, especially in healthcare, does stick with you. And especially when you are emotional because your issues deal with cancer. Dr. Bernstein came in afterwards and was extremely understanding, handed me a tissue and allowed me to cry. Thank you Dr. for listening to ALL my problems and not telling me that that’s for my oncology gynecologist to handle when you are fully qualified to handle it. You made my visit better today when you assured me and listened to what I had to say. And to the nurse, I pray you never have to be treated any kind of way that you are treating and talking to people. You may not notice it, but you are short and rude, you cut me off, your delivery was uncalled for, I’ve done nothing to you. If you were like this with me, you were like this with most of the patients. Please. Do better. If you’re having a bad day, don’t come to work, call in sick rather than making someone’s entire company reflect your feelings because of how your day is. Patients deserve better and a Dr’s office can be a safe space, not a space to belittle people and try to make them feel less than because they didn’t go to the ER when they were told, but rather made a doctor appointment. You don’t know people’s life circumstances. I urge you to practice kindness or consider leaving this field if this is your true character. This job may not be for you. God bless."

"I have been seeing both Linda & Crystal for about 8/9 years now. I have never felt more comfortable in an office like I do theirs. I feel almost as if I am family, even the front office administrators are sweet as can be and very understanding. I personally don't think there is another office out there that compares to this one. They truly have a great team!"

"As I sit with tears in my eyes reading other ladies reviews. I blame myself for picking this doctor for my child's first pregnancy. My father used Dr Bernsteins father for over 15 years so I figured hey my dad loves him his daughter is just as awesome. Sadly disappointed. You ladies are right you barely have or any contact with the doctor at all. My daughter went 40 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Worst experience of her life and mine. Many prolonged complications and inconclusive unnecessary test. So fast forward my daughter nearly lost her life. Doctors and nurses at Harris are amazing kind and compassionate as I was a wreck. Still no Dr Bernstein never saw her before birth or after birth or during our ICU stay not a phone call mind you she was on call and name appeared 3 times on the room chart for doctor on call. Last day in ICU saw Crystal 5 seconds and no more at all. Ladies do your research and run fast as you can a way from Mrs Dr Bernstein. This is a concerned pregnant womans parent."

"I waited to write this review so that i was not over ran with emotions. Let me start by saying that I've been to this office 4 times now and never met Dr. Bernstein. I was always seen by Crystal who is extremely kind. they confirmed my pregnancy very routinely, it felt rushed.the blood work tech left an apple sized bruise on my arm. it was so rushed I had to call back because they never gave me a due date. fast forward a few weeks later Crystal tells me the baby doesn't have a heart beat. Crystal explains to me that she would like to do further blood work,she wasn't going to call it a miscarriage just yet. she promises to call me the next day. I didn't hear back. so on the 3rd day I called only for her to tell me that she was too busy to call. too busy to tell me that my child was gone?okay?! she gave me 2 options to naturally miscarry, or to have a D&C. i called back THAT SAME DAY to tell them I've chosen a D&C. they give me a week long run around. about insurance, planning blah blah blah they tell me they'll call me to schedule an appt time. they don't call. I began the process naturally, so I didn't bother them again. finally 7 weeks after i've begun the miscarriage I call to tell them I'm concerned of complications. I felt like after they told me the pregnancy wasn't viable they just pushed me out, no follow up, never a call to tell me what to expect. i was in a great amount of physical pain. the receptionist said that they've called 3x. I checked my voice-mail, phone logs and even went as far as checking phone bills. she lied. nobody called me. furthermore she had the audacity to ask me if I've been receiving their bills for $34. she offered to make me an appt, which I did, but finally realized this is not the office for me."
