"Scheduled my appointment a month ago over the phone. At the time of scheduling I provided my insurance. Received a call the DAY OF my appointment saying that they do not take my insurance. This is something that should have been acknowledged when I double checked if they took my insurance at the time of booking, not the day of my appointment!!"

Got a call 6 days before appointment to reschedule due to doctor needing to reschedule. No problem Rescheduled appointment show up for appointment only for front desk to say we tried calling you yesterday. I received no call and if they did they left no voicemail. For the front desk person to inform me, she only taking obg patients right now and they can reschedule me with one of her nurse practitioners."
