"Very unsatisfied with the treatment I was given by Dr. Johns and his team. I rarely saw the doctor. The nurse ran all test, procedures, and prescriptions. When I did see the doctor he would tell me something different than what the nurse said or that contradicted procedures being done. When it was brought to his attention he said it was fine. They don't read your chart before entering a room, they don't even care to know your name before they walk in the room. I understand times are hectic, but the zero bedside manner really had a negative affect on my husband and I. For place that is suppose to assist you in making a family, this is the last place I want to be."
