"The lack of care and knowledge was unbelievable. Im a high risk patient and was referred to this clinic, instead of being informed of my unborn child progress at my appointments or my health, the MD's were so quick to wipe their hands clean and send me in for dialysis. No one wanted to listen to what I had to say or that I had no symptoms, just draw blood and make uneducated guesses. I never felt so uncomfortable dealing with doctors and midwives, best thing for me to do was find people more caring."

"We had 4 visits to the office and seen a doctor one time. They kept sending a midwife to see us which wouldn't have been bad if she hadn't told us some horrible news that had my wife completely stressed out. Then after talking to our regular doctor we find out that it was completely false and she told us verbatim oh I'm sorry I don't know where I got those numbers from. Everyone else that we dealt with at the hospital was very nice polite and very very helpful but if you're going to see a doctor then you might want to pick somewhere else."

"I was a high risk patient who was supposed to come for an ultra sound twice per week and Dr. Reyes felt as if I had a great pregnancy at exactly 33 weeks and said to come see her only once per week. That Tuesday I received a stress test for the baby and an ultra sound, saw Dr. Reyes and my blood pressure was 145. She said everything was perfect and released me home. I had a previous issue with blood pressure being too high and doctors were highly aware of my considiton. I spent more time with the assistant and Dr. Reyes was really hard to talk to. She would come in for a few minutes and leave. Most of the time I would not get to see her or talk to her about any of my concerns because she either looked in a hurry or she wasn't there during my appointments. I lost my baby due to my blood pressure rising over 200 that same week. There was also a blood clot in the placenta. I am so disappointed since I had extremely high expectations of this "high risk specialist". I would not recommend to anyone. I did not feel cared for at all. Front desk staff and the assistants were wonderful. The girl that does the blood work is extremely rude too. Beautiful office and waiting area but insufficient when a loss happens due to careless mistakes of doctors."
