"Utterly disappointed. We had an appointment at 1:15pm. We show up at 1:15. My wife was in pain, the staff casually informed that it’s canceled. No call what so ever. When we are at the front desk, met a rude lady who said she will talk to her supervisor and just started working and didn’t care. Noeye contact while takking. She is busy in her own world. Very poor service, disappointing to know such a nice doctor has such poor service. Will never visit. Worst customer service. Management needs to address the non existent customer service. Useless."

She is definitely worth following unintentionally from Austin to Dallas."
